Consultations

Work directly with Christian in a live, one-on-one, 60-minute session to explore your unique constitution, energetic body, and spiritual path through your Spiritual Archetypes and herbalism.  

Each session begins with a thorough intake of your personal, spiritual, and emotional history, primary health, life, and/or spiritual concerns, as well as a look at your spiritual and emotional path, which has all culminated into the present. With Christian’s intuitive and expert guidance, you’ll gain insights into your holistic health as well as receive spiritually rooted recommendations to support healing from within.

Sessions will take place via Zoom or phone call.

What to Expect:

• Intuitive, Personalized, Insight: Gain a deeper understanding of your constitution and how your energetic body influences your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Christian works with each individual by developing insight through a bird’s-eye view, examining all factors to create a clear and precise picture of what is manifesting.
• Holistic Health Plan: After your session, Christian will provide a visual summary of your unique constitution and personalized spiritual and lifestyle recommendations to support balance and well-being.
• Focus on Your Primary Health Concerns: Address 2-3 of your primary concerns—whether physical, emotional, or energetic. Christian’s guidance will help you explore how to nurture these areas through spiritual and natural practices.
• Custom Herbal Formula: If appropriate, Christian can prescribe a custom herbal formula specifically designed for you. The formula, tea, or tincture will be shipped directly to your door (additional cost applies).

After Your Session
You’ll leave the session with a clear understanding of your spiritual and energetic profile, specific practices to support holistic balance, and guidance for ongoing self-care, both spiritually and physically.
